Online Product Manager (m/f)

Position Description

• Develop and optimize the dooyoo site to improve the usability for online visitors and increase the number of clicks to online shops that are listed on dooyoo.
• Enforce marketing strategies and strengthen brand awareness.
• Plan and develop new site features by writing business cases and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Community Managers to resolve member usability issues and to develop projects to support the growth and strengthening of the Community.
• Undertake quality assurance for site releases.
• Work with Management, Technical, Sales and Community departments to contribute to the overall online strategy.
• Design page templates, graphic elements and internal campaigns.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate of a university degree or other accredited programme in business administration, graphic design, marketing, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in online product management, preferably in eCommerce.
• Graphic design experience, preferably for web an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Internet usability principals.
• An affinity for the internet and knowledge of social media, particularly online communities an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and highly organized manner and to deal with a large workload.
• Able to work flexibly within a team.
• Knowledge of Phtoshop or equivalent graphic programs an advantage.
• Knowledge of Mantis, Jira and Confluence an advantage.
• Confident in English, knowledge of German an advantage.
